The Best of the East Stampede Breakfast

Explore and experience the tastes and flavours of International Avenue at "The Best of the East Stampede Breakfast! While this breakfast serves up your classic Canadian breakfast item's of pancakes and bacon, you also get to experience foods from all over the world. The featured world breakfast include culinary items from India, Tibet, Iran, Indonesia, Philippines and Jamaica. This event not only showcases a great array of food, but also offers great entertainment such as dancing, cultural performances and music. This year they are celebrating 20 years of this awesome event and we are so happy to be a part of it!

At this year's breakfast we served up some "Bubur Ayam" Indonesian traditional chicken rice porridge. Flavoured with chicken broth, garlic and topped with green onions, cilantro, and fried shallots, finished off with a dash of soy sauce and some spicy chili sauce. The best breakfast meal every!
